CDL: Library liaison materials

The RUSA/CODES Liaison with Users committee, of which I am currently
chair, is attempting to gather materials related to public and academic
library liaison programs.  Our goal is to set up a website that would
contain templates and examples of documents, letters, forms, etc. used
in liaison programs, and this would serve as a supplement to our
recently issued Guidelines for Liaison Work in Managing Collections and
Services (http://www.ala.org/rusa/stnd_liaison.html).  If your library
has materials you would like us to consider, or if you are aware of
successful liaison programs at other libraries which could prove useful
in our research, please contact me directly.
