CDL: Review copy vendor?

Has anyone had any experience with the company that advertises in 
American Libraries (p. 191 of the March issue for example) for review 
copies at 40%-70% off list price?  They claim thousands of new books 
monthly but give no name or location, just a phone number.  

I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has any knowledge about 
this company.
