Hello Colldv-l readers:

Our library is contemplating selling duplicate, rare materials via an online
auction site, such as Ebay, or via an OP book site, such as Alibris.com. I
have searched library literature and found articles that describe various
successes with using Ebay.

fyi.

Ebay has a site for bks, videos, music called half.com in which you name
your price and folks can search by A,T, even ISBN. Prices are generally
lower than those on Alibris, etc., but often include Alibris, etc. and their
pricing.

I always search this one first, because of the price, then go on to the
other multiple-catalog sites.
