I think that it would be impossible or extremely labor-intensive to do
without CACD.  CACD can indeed be customized for peer comparisons and
other interesting studies. I wrote several articles in 1990's about my
using of the OCLC CACD. "Consortium Use of the OCLC/Collection Analysis
CD: the SUNY Experience", LRTS 40 (Jan. 1997), 50-57. "Myth and
Reality: Using the OCLC Collection Analysis CD to Measure Collections
