ACAS Product Consultant (two open positions)
REQUISITION: #4165-R00711-01
DIVISION: Lacey Product Center
LOCATION: Lacey, WA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Serves as product consultant for Automated Collection Analysis
Services (ACAS) product group.
* Responsible for creating sales opportunities and serving as the
product consultant for Collection Analysis and Comparison projects with
single library institutions an consortia.
* Serves as the key client contact and project manager for ACAS Team.
Coordinates communication with all team members of ACAS projects. Fully
accountable to clients and fellow team members for client relations from
pre-qualification through project close.
REQUIREMENTS:
* MLS from an ALA-accredited library school.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work cooperatively in a team-based cross-functional
flexible environment. Supports others in meeting their deadlines.
* Working knowledge of Windows and Windows-based software
applications.
* Knowledge of library collection development practices.
* Familiarity with automated collection analyses services and
Conspectus structure is desirable.
