University of Texas at Arlington, University Libraries, seeks:

Information Content Librarian for Engineering (Search extended)

This position is responsible for identifying and selecting resources for 
purchase, lease, or linking/access in the engineering-related disciplines 
as well as assessing existing resources for effectiveness in meeting future 
demands. The incumbent works with other program areas to analyze and create 
web resources for assigned disciplines.

Qualifications

ALA accredited Masters degree, experience developing Web pages, strong 
commitment to user-focused services.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of principles and theories of resource management and assessment 
in the digital environment, demonstrated skill in using digital information 
resources, competence with spreadsheet and relational database programs, 
two years of experience working with a science or engineering collection or 
a minor in one of the assigned disciplines.

Minimum salary: $30,000. Salary negotiable depending on qualifications.
