Serials Review, a quarterly, peer-reviewed scholarly journal, welcomes ideas
and manuscripts on topics of interest to the international serials
community. Submissions may focus on, but are by no means limited to, the
following areas or issues:

archiving e-journals,
changes in back issues decisions and binding of journals,
practical, theoretical, and visionary aspects of serials publications
	and management,
topical annotated bibliographies,
publishing and economic models, statistical studies,
collection analysis, collaborative projects,
reference and user services and access to journals,
library education curriculum,
changing nature of serials librarianship and positions in libraries,
vendors, web developers, publishers,
elements of public catalog and web page designs for serials collections,
serials cataloging, acquisitions and database maintenance issues,
biographical essays about people who have shaped the serials community,
emerging and changing standards for serials,
methods of delivery, innovations,
and a multitude of other challenges facing people in a highly
	complex, technology-driven environment.

Serials Review seeks submissions from librarians, publishers,
subscription agents, indexing and abstracting publishers, standards
organizations, and virtually anyone engaged in serials exchange worldwide.
The journal promotes a comprehensive, complex, and global view of serials
management, information, and resources.

Unsolicited manuscripts are appreciated; all manuscripts that are
received are acknowledged. For a general idea of the kinds of articles
that are accepted, consult a recent issue of Serials Review or go to

The editor assumes that manuscripts reflect original work and have not
been previously published or simultaneously submitted to another publication
for consideration.
