Hello

As part of the regular review of our undergraduate accreditation, I 
am required to facilitate a process of "self-study"  for our library. 
We will need to survey library users on the satisfaction of 
collections and services as well as assess the collections, services, 
facilties, etc. in a rather short time frame.

I would appreciate any suggestions of new approaches you have tried 
or references to existing surveys.
