Call for policies:
Scarecrow Press is publishing a new series entitled Good Policy, Good
Practice. Drs. Richard Wood and Frank Hoffmann are authoring two books in
the series:
Collection Development Policies for Academic and Public Libraries &
Collection Development Policies for School and Special Libraries.
These two works will update their earlier (1966) work Library Collection
Development Policies; A Reference and Writers Handbook.
To have your library's policy considered, please send it to: Dr. Richard
Wood, Dean; University Libraries; University of South Alabama; Mobile, AL
36688 as soon as possible. Include one paper & one disc copy in Word 97 or
rich-text format, along with a letter of permission to publish it in the book.
