CDL: Online Poli. Sci. tools

I am playing with the online version of the publications of the National
Journal Group (www.nationaljournal.org) during their August free test.  Has
anyone compared their online source with Congressional Quarterly's online
resources?  [I only have seen CQ online at ALA to date.]  I would be
interested to hear reactions to both on or off list.
