Since a literature review was recommended 
before beginning a collection analysis 
project, I thought I'd mention that the 
RUSA/CODES Collection Evaluation Techniques 
Committee recently updated its Collection
Evaluation Techniques annotated bibliography 
to cover the years 1990-98.  It's available 
as RUSA Occasional Paper number 24.
