PLEASE EXCUSE ANY CROSS-POSTINGS!
This is being widely distributed.
My name is Martin Garnar and I am completing an internship
as part of
the final requirements of the Masters in Library and
Information
Services degree from the University of Denver. For my
internship, I am
working with Ellen Greenblatt of the Auraria Library in
Denver to
update, reorganize, and expand the Library Q web site. This
site, which
can be found at
http://carbon.cudenver.edu/public/library/libq/, is
intended to be a primary Internet resource for assisting
lesbian, gay,
bisexual, transgendered, and questioning (hereafter LGBTQ)
library
patrons. To assist us in improving Library Q, we would like
your
opinion as to what would be useful in such a LGBTQ resource
site. Also,
once we introduce a new version of the site, we would
appreciate your
comments on the site's organization, content, and
usefulness.
This initial survey will gather information about what you
want in a
LGBTQ resource site. A second survey will accompany the
announcement of
the revised site and will focus on the organization and
quality of
resources. All responses should be directed to
mgarnar_at_regis.edu and
received by Tuesday, October 12th.
Please answer the following 6 questions:
