COLLDV-L has been experiencing some serious technical problems in relation
to the local Listproc operation. Hopefull these are in the process of
resolution. The main problem has been that John Abbott, at Appalachian
State, has not been receiving mail sent to the list address so he has been
unable to act as co-moderator and to handle postings when I am away or when
we've otherwise agreed to share the duties. I was away to IFLA in Bangkok
late last month and discovered the problem upon my return. Unfortunately,
I haven't been able to keep up with the postings since my return either, so
the situation has only gotten worse!
Postings are resuming today, after this message, and will hopefully be back
on a regular schedule, especially if the technical issue here gets
resolved. Thanks, as always, for your patience.
