A retired professor in town reviews many noteworthy titles and as
compensation for his efforts gets to keep the review copy. Often he would
rather have cash than the books and although we have been able to help
each other in the past Fresno County Library will not be buying from him:
1. American National Biography
2. Ullmann's Encyclopdia of Industrial Chemistry, 5E, Index Vols. A1 to
A28, and B1 to B8.
I am looking for general advice about how he might find buyers for these
titles. If this message itself finds buyers that's OK too. He would much
rather deal with libraries than individuals. It will be hard to beat his
price but shipping will be a complication.
If this question is not appropriate for this list I beg your pardon. Can
you suggest others where it would be more appropriate?
Thanks for your attention.
