Thanks to each of you who took the time to reply to my publisher's query
[COLLDV-L no. 1802] when we were trying to decide which format to choose
for a forthcoming book on the topic of human subject research. We did
decide to print a relatively small number of clothbound with a greater
number of paperbacks in a simultaneous dual edition.
