I am looking into the aftermath of a collection evaluation project and
the impact of the results on subsequent policy decisions. What are the
consequences on the collection development policy of the library? How is
the policy modified after the evaluation project? Has anyone looked into
this question and does anyone have any experience with it?

While there is plenty of literature and experience on evaluation and
subsequent purchase and cancellation decisions, I have not been able to
find any literature on how the policy is altered.

Kindly respond to me and I will summarize for the list.

Many thanks,

Albert N. Tabah
