We're preparing to:

1)  inventory our circulating collection, and

2)  move our circa 1.2 million volume collection

We're looking for sample spec/RFP documents for inventories and
planning/conducting moves.  If you have an RFP you've used to
solicit quotes for an inventory or a move, we would be grateful if
