There's a detailed explanation of our serials cancellation project
available at

http://www.lib.ndsu.nodak.edu/serproj.html

the moral of the story is: involve the faculty. the truth is: even
when the faculty IS involved, there will be a vocal minority who will
claim that they were never asked to be involved, and that the increase in
serials prices should've been offset by a reduction in the library's
workforce. ls.
