San Jose State Library is looking at the question of how to archive
(maintain) indexes and/or databases when the electronic version subscribed
to is for a certain period of time and then a year drops off. If the
corresponding print version has been cancelled, how does the library maintain
access to the years no longer available on the electronic version.
Have any libraries established a policy or position statement on this?
Or is it really not relevant?
