At the request of our faculty library committee, I'm asking two questions:

Do your university libraries receive funds specifically from the research
grant overhead funds of the university?  If so, is there a set percent or
amount each year?

Secondly, could any university libraries that have faculty library
committees please sent me any information on the charge or
responsibilities of the committee?

Thanks very much for all information;  I'll be glad to summarize for the
list if desired.
