Our America 250 Box Set observes a variety of takes, surveying how our social and political landscape informs the diverse, lived experiences of the American people. Exhibition History The Exhibition History Box Set is a survey of the Library Program’s vast collection of exhibition catalogs documenting solo and group exhibitions, retrospectives, and biennales all over the globe. Film + Video The Film + Video Art Box Set offers a selection of art books related to film and moving images. Some titles feature artists who approach film as a medium for their creative production, while others present artists who challenge traditional norms and systems of cinematic media and video. Together, these books show how contemporary artists use film to articulate ideas of duration, motion, media, and technology. Performance Art Performance Art is a form of inter-disciplinary practice, often involving not only music and dance, but video, installation, and other visual art forms. One or many performers will move through one or a series of actions during a specific timeframe and location in front of an audience. This box set is curated with publications that adapted a variety of ways to document performance art through photography, drawing, interviews, and essays.
