Hello, We reached out with some specific questions last week and received a case number, but no response to date. Our current leasing arrangement ends on 10/31/2025. Amanda M. Lowe, who is one of two librarians who select the leased titles for our library, is interested in learning how other libraries are leasing popular books. I am sharing her message below on her behalf. I’m aware of Ingram and McNaughton options, but I’d love to crowdsource your experiences and (if you’re comfortable) rep contacts. If you’ve worked with a leasing program recently, could you share, on or off list (you don't have to answer all the questions 🙂): • Which vendor and lease model are you using (Ingram, McNaughton, or other)? • A contact person (name + email) you’d recommend. • What you like/don’t like (pricing structure, return cycles, selection tools, processing, MARC records, invoicing, lead times). • Rough timeline for set-up and first shipment.
