Unless your payment was bonded or otherwise secured by your contract, there is a strong likelihood you will lose your payment, not that I am an expert in law or finance. It depends on how many creditors can be paid and where they fall in the priority hierarchy. Bank loans, lawyers, utilities, and salaries are going to be higher priorities.

Hi all,
Have any of you heard from B&T concerning your leased books? I can't imagine that they'd want us to return a chunk of our collection since they no longer have the staff to handle huge returns. I sent an email to the customer support address listed in the email they sent out last Tuesday, but haven't heard anything from them.
