We have received a query from a professor who, when speaking with a Palgrave book editor, understood the editor to say that "institutions and libraries that have contracts with Palgrave get free access to their ebooks." And the professor wondered if other US libraries have this deal?
Does anyone on this list have knowledge or experience with Palgrave and contracts that allow broad access to ebooks?
Apologies for the vagueness of the question. The details I have are limited.
Thank you.
