Yes, these are titles recently acquired by Hearst. Our EBSCO rep said that we needed to order direct. The rep said that they didn't think that EBSCO worked with Hearst. We currently get other Hearst titles through EBSCO. We're having subscription problems with those titles as well but I'm not sure if it's related. Several helpful folks suggest WT Cox off-list. I will check with them to see if they can help.
