Georgetown Law Library is seeking candidates for the Continuing Resources
Coordinator position.The Continuing Resources Coordinator is responsible
for the receipt and organization of all print and electronic continuing
resources. The incumbent plays a key role in ensuring that the library’s
sizable print and electronic continuing resources collection is accurate
and accessible to faculty, students, and staff. They assist the Head of
Content Acquisitions and Management with analyzing continuing resources
policies and procedures and help maintain the integrity of data within the
library services platform. Under the supervision of the Head of Content
Acquisitions and Management, additional duties include, but are not limited
to:

Ensure that serial receiving and collection maintenance operations for
print as well as electronic resources are carried out effectively.

Play a significant part in maintaining the integrity and currency of the
Law Library collection.

Within the department, serve as an information resource on most matters
relating to the receipt of print serials including claiming the missing
materials.

Act as the coordinator of functions when needed, where the work carried
out by the incumbent helps facilitate research efforts with the Georgetown
Law community.
