Question about SSJ (sole source justification) documentation/best practices

Hello,

We have had some very recent changes in our acquisition processes and many of our purchases are now going through our university's procurement department. We are being asked to provide SSJ (sole source justification) for purchases/subscriptions that exceed a specific dollar amount. Would anyone have any best practices for writing SSJs or examples of good SSJs they are able to share with me? Or if there are resources that would help with writing good SSJs available that you would point me to, that would be appreciated as well.
