Good afternoon, collective wisdom.
A colleague and I are investigating the differences among discovery layers and library service providers. We are both familiar with and use Ex Libris' Alma and Primo products, but are interested in learning more about how EBSCO and OCLC's products operate similarly or differently. Essentially, we are hoping to gain a basic understanding of the e-resources management structure of these systems.
Library folks who work with EBSCO Discovery Service or OCLC Worldshare (or both), would you be willing to join us for a brief web call? We will share specific questions ahead of time and will only take up to 30 minutes of your time, and will be flexible as to what scheduling works best for you.
Thanks in advance for your consideration!
Erin
