As a member of the E-Resources Unit, the incumbent will focus on negotiating and developing licenses to support emerging needs, and manage electronic resource collections sponsored by multiple departments. This position also provides advice and consultation for library staff negotiating licenses in individual libraries across Harvard, and provides financial oversight for e-resource acquisitions, valued at approximately $8.1 million. They will actively work across departmental lines in an environment where collaboration, innovative thinking, customer service, fostering an inclusive environment, and creative problem solving are all highly valued.
The position will be based on our campus in Cambridge, MA, however there may be the opportunity for a flexible or hybrid work model compliant with Harvard University work policies.

Salary Range (Grade 57): https://hr.harvard.edu/salary-ranges Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. The amount will vary based on the position and the candidate's relevant experience.
