In fact, Books from Mexico sent a very earnest statement at one point about increasing their shipping costs due to the current global circumstances. We have used them for years. Our Acquisitions Coordinator says the following: They are dependable, organized, they supply our material on time always within the fiscal year deadlines. Their Marc records are more than just place holders, they are basically MC records with subject headings. Every time they send us a shipment, we get an email with shipping information and copies of the invoices attached. The rep is very responsive.
