Hi everyone!
We are experiencing issues with one-time POLs not closing in Alma ex libris. These are POLs that have been received and paid but still will not close. The POLs that are having this issue are also specifically items that were sent to us on our approval plans (in our case from Gobi and Worldwide). Is anyone else experiencing this same issue/has anyone been able to fix it/prevent it from happening?
