The University of Colorado Boulder Libraries seek a collaborative and strategic individual to serve as our E-Resources Acquisitions & Licensing Librarian!<https://www.colorado.edu/libraries/jobs-opportunities/openings-faculty-staff-positions/e-resources-acquisitions-licensing-librarian> The E-Resources Acquisitions & Licensing Librarian is primarily responsible for reviewing and negotiating license agreements and organizing and maintaining license records for the University Libraries. In addition, the E-Resources Acquisitions & Licensing Librarian works closely with the Collection Development & Assessment, subject liaisons, Metadata and Discovery Optimization, colleagues across the University of Colorado system, and vendors to support acquisitions workflows related to purchasing electronic resources such as new purchases, renewals, invoicing, and cancellations. They are also responsible for developing expertise on current and emerging licensing practices to negotiate licenses for electronic resources, streaming media, public performance rights, data and datasets, open access, and consortia agreements. In collaboration with partners such as the Collection Management Team Lead and Acquisitions & Accounting Section Lead, this position will contribute to the development of licensing strategies that consider long-term implications and advances the University Libraries' commitment to openness and inclusive excellence.

What We Can Offer
The successful candidate will be appointed as a full-time (12 month) non-tenure track faculty member at the Teaching Assistant Professor rank. The salary range is $67,000-$71,000. Relocation assistance is available for those who qualify.
