Hi, Barbara.  There is a link at the bottom of the registration form to download a form for credit card payment. You have to print it out and mail it. Paying by check is a mystery to me. I did respond to the original poster about updating the form so that maybe others could use it to pay by check or credit card.

Hosted by North Carolina Central University's School of Library and Information Sciences, the conference will be held virtually online on Friday, April 9, 2021.
