[ALCTS-acqnet] Example of promotion file for Full Librarian

Hello All

I am looking for examples of promotion files - one where you already have tenured and are an associate librarian - and you are asking to be promoted to whatever the next level is  - in my case it would to Librarian.  The equivalent of a Full professor.  Thank you in advance if you are willing to share your file
