We are working on this too.
We looked at our top 100 checked out print course reserves and about 70%
did not have an e-book version available for libraries to buy/license. It
is very frustrating! And of the few we can get, they only allow for 1-3
users at a time. We are encouraging faculty, as always, to explore OER or
content that the library could actually affordable license.
Would love to hear what others are doing too!
Thanks, Mary
