We were JUST converted to Amazon Business last week, but this was initiated in-house, not by Amazon. Our Accounts Payable department has had trouble tracking our orders when we were ordering under a separate account using the College's line of credit.
I used to use the PO number box when we ordered the "old" way, although our last order was in June, so unfortunately I can't say if it's disappeared lately.
The order I just placed last week, using the same account that has now been switched over the Amazon Business, does indeed have a box to enter a PO number.

I order from Amazon with their Corporate credit line and always have a line to enter our purchase order number. This has disappeared for me. Has anyone else noticed this? I am wondering if they are trying to push me to the Business account.
