Hi Julie,

We also receive Special Collections orders here in our Acquisitions Unit.
We are in the same building and if something comes in damaged we usually
take a picture of it. I have found that, increasingly, vendors are looking
to have that photographic evidence. So far, that has been sufficient and
satisfied their questions.
