[ALCTS-acqnet] Scan cover of College and Undergrad Libraries

Hello All

I have a request for the scanned front cover and back cover of a print issue of College and Undergraduate Libraries.  We only get this online.  Would anyone be willing to scan these two pages for me?

The issue I need is Vol 13, #2, from 2006.
