I'm looking for III Sierra users who have experience with the "Claiming and Cancelling Orders" functions in the Acquisitions workflow. I have questions about how you get it to be a useful function.
Or if you do not use this function, did you try to use it? Why did you decide not to use it? What other methods do you use to catch unreceived orders in a timely manner?
