The Western Washington University (WWU) Libraries invites applications for the position of Resource Access Manager. In this role, you will coordinate the Libraries' acquisitions and resource sharing functions, supervising a team of four full-time employees in a dynamic, collaborative, user-oriented environment. Working with the Director of Collections and others, you will oversee expenditure of a $2.2M materials budget, ensuring compliance with state and university purchasing regulations and coordinating with stakeholders from a diversity of backgrounds and perspectives. Additionally, you will serve as a member of the Collection Services leadership team, collaborating with other managers across the Collections division on strategic planning, policy development and implementation, social justice and inclusion initiatives, and logistics. Members of Collection Services are encouraged to seek professional growth opportunities beyond their immediate duties, such as participation in library committees, programs, or groups; trainings or other professional development; or service to the wider university.
