For our oldest and largest DDA (or PDA) ebook program, we asked for monthly
billing and pay each invoice against one fund code.

We basically have one fund code per demand-driven program so that we can
readily keep up with how the spending is going with each program. Since
Voyager has reporting funds, which work kind of like tags, we can easily
add up a total of spending on the DDA/PDA type of purchasing at the end of
the year.
