Subject: Alma Database Trial
Hi All,
I’m wondering if other libraries on this listserv are facing similar challenges as ours? Our library has ongoing issues with the database trial feature not working properly. We have opened a ticket with ExLibris and were told that this would be fixed in the July release. We learned that many other institutions have submitted cases similar to ours. If you are one of those institutions, would you mind sharing your cases and workflows around it?
