Many of you have mentioned Midwest Library Service. Although we don’t have an approval plan with Midwest or any other vendor, Midwest has been one of our primary vendors for many years (maybe 40) and we love their service. I think you would be pleased if you decide to go with Midwest. We do have some standing orders set up with them and have had no problems at all.

My colleagues in our Law Library on campus use Midwest Library Service and we sometimes use Emery-Pratt.

Hello,
We are considering an RFP for approval book vendors. I am wondering if there are any libraries that use anyone besides Coutts/Proquest or EBSCO-GOBI. Typically we need to have 3 vendors to consider when taking bids, so I just want to make sure if there is anyone else to consider.
Thank you!
