You could try Midwest Library Service (they have a UP Approval plan) https://www.midwestls.com/

Subject: [ALCTS-acqnet] Approval vendors for academic libraries

Hello,

We are considering an RFP for approval book vendors. I am wondering if there are any libraries that use anyone besides Coutts/Proquest or EBSCO-GOBI. Typically we need to have 3 vendors to consider when taking bids, so I just want to make sure if there is anyone else to consider.

Thank you!
