Dear colleagues,
My appreciation goes to everyone that took the time to share their experience with this type of organizations. It appears that BWB is more advanced than others. Their website is indeed very user friendly, and they have global operations. I plan to contact them soon. Thank you all, and Happy Valentine!

I have also had stellar experience with BWB. Every representative I've worked with has been polite, informative, friendly and helpful. They set up our commission, when we have one, to go to our Foundation, so that we can help local students. We use their Pre-Search ISBN tool to determine what to send.

We also use Better World Books and are happy with them. They send you boxes to pack the books, pay for shipping and you also receive a small commission if they sell.
If they don't sell BWB responsibly recycles or donates them.
