We use GOBI, but also Harrassowitz (even for English), but also Casalini, Amalivre, and other vendors depending on the language.
However, in a previous job at a smaller institution (also in Texas!), we used Midwest Library Services for a number of standing (and firm!) orders and found them to be a responsive and easy to work with company.

Subject: [ALCTS-acqnet] Academic Print Standing Order Vendors
What vendors do you use for your academic print standing orders? We currently use YBP/GOBI for most of our standing orders but am planning on evaluating other vendors in hopes of getting a higher discount. Thanks, Deborah
