I would agree. Action Library Media provides excellent service. They are our go-to source for DVDs. Gene & Cherene Birkholz go above and beyond to help track down hard-to-find titles. They were even able to help us get a DVD from the UK that a faculty member had requested for her class. I'm very impressed with their service.

What DVD distributors do you use for hard to find items? Most of our frustration is with English titles. Also, not all of the DVDs are academic.
