Hello,

At Somerset County Library System of NJ, we have lease programs for both
books and DVDs through Baker and Taylor.  "Quota" are purchased up front
and and each item is worth a certain number of quota points.  The lease
plans are a great way to add extra copies of items for a short-term need.
