Hi Amanda, When I have a question about a subscription, I go straight to the source. The subscription page for American Journal of Clinical Nutrition ( https://academic.oup.com/ajcn/subscribe) shows print and online pricing for 2018. I would interpret the Ulrich's information about this journal differently than you did. I read the open holdings statement as showing that current issues are being published and are available from the full text source but not as an indication of free vs. paid.
