Stacey,
We migrated from Voyager to Alma and went live in January 2016. Acquisitions for us includes Print Serials, Electronic Resources and Monographs. We have a separate cataloging department that handles database integrity and cataloging & metadata. We have not reorganized, but we have shifted duties and our Electronic Resources unit has a closer relationship with our Print Serials and the Cataloging & Metadata Unit in Cataloging. If you would like more details or have questions, please contact me. – Sincerely, Kate Seago

Subject: [ALCTS-acqnet] Alma - Acquisitions reorg?
Hello All
we are transitioning to Alma in July and have started looking at workflows and how they will change in the new system. Our technical services dept is currently 3 units - Acquisitions, Resource Management and Electronic Resources.
I'm wondering if any of you who have made the transition to Alma reorganized your acquisitions unit and how does it look?
Stacey
